Our client, a household name in the Financial Services industry, is currently recruiting for a Customer Intelligence Analyst.
It is focused on helping business units achieve their objectives through the application of customer knowledge, including marketing*financial analysis, predictive modelling & geographic analysis.
Regular duties include extraction of data, complex analysis & interpretation of customer behaviour to answer key business questions for senior executives, presentation to colleagues and business unit teams and deployment of initiatives in customer-facing, planning or direct marketing systems.
Requirements
Candidates will require strong analytical ability, possess good commercial awareness with a natural flair for solving complex `real world` problems. At least one degree in a numerate*scientific discipline (eg. Maths, Statistics, or Business Studies). Recent graduates will start at the lower end of the salary range but, for the higher starting salaries, a number of years relevant business experience will be needed.
The ability to interpret information effectively to drive key business decisions & excellent presentation, communication and report writing skills are needed or experience with deploying marketing campaigns to marketing brief.
Experience in SQL or similar software packages desirable, including extraction from marketing database systems for campaigns. Knowledge of SAS or SPSS an advantage, particularly for predictive modelling roles
